How people are using mobile devices today is exploding in both size and scope. Local search continues to grow and a small business that can be found, contacted, and even shared via mobile devices are growing too.
Whether a mobile app is best for your company is something to consider, but a readable site is a must. If your site is responsive – one that can be read easily without a log of pinching and scrolling no matter what device – you’re ahead of the game. If not, your business may be leaving money on the table (or in your competitor’s bank account).
